Success without taking care of UX?
I’m wondering if in today’s world is possible to create shitty product without caring about user experience and succeed. One example might be Kindle. Badly designed end of the great consumer service. Kindle is ugly, kindle has serious usability issues, kindle is absolutely great. Somehow Amazon managed to create cheap and great product.
On the other hand though a lot of products...
